Terms of service

These terms apply to the use of this site and to engaging AD3X services (operated by Xairnet). Integration and specific scope are agreed separately for each engagement.
01The service
AD3X is an AI customer service platform. It is not self-service: activation and integration are coordinated with our team after a demo.
02Acceptable use
The customer agrees to use the platform lawfully and not to send illegal, deceptive or unsolicited communications (spam). The customer is responsible for complying with applicable messaging and telemarketing laws, including the TCPA.
03Customer responsibility for consent
The customer represents and warrants that it has valid consent from the people it contacts and that it honors opt-out requests. The customer is responsible for the content it sends through the platform.
04Third-party channels
If the customer chooses to connect channels through a third party's unofficial methods, it acknowledges this may breach that third party's terms and assumes that risk, including possible restrictions or suspension of its account or number.
05Telephony and recordings
Telephony is offered as a separate service, subject to availability and eligibility. The customer is responsible for obtaining call-recording consent where required by law.
06Regulated sectors
Additional compliance (for example, HIPAA) is offered as an add-on and configured case by case. The customer is responsible for its own regulatory compliance.
07Indemnification
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless AD3X and Xairnet from third-party claims arising from its use of the platform, its content, its data, or breach of these terms or applicable law.
08Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AD3X is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited as agreed in the service contract.
09Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms or creates legal or security risk.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
