At AD3X (operated by Xairnet, in Puerto Rico) we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it.
01Information we collect
When you fill out the demo form we collect the data you provide: name, business, email, phone, the channels you use and your message. We may also collect basic technical browsing data (such as device type and pages viewed).
02Data from accounts you connect to the platform
When you use the AD3X platform and connect an external account (Google/Gmail, Microsoft/Outlook, Meta/WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram), we access only the data needed to provide the feature you enabled: for example, reading and sending email, checking your calendar or managing your channels' messages. We request only the minimum scopes for those features and only while the integration is active.
03How we use connected-account data
We use your connected-account data solely to operate the features you enabled within the platform (customer support, automations, calendar and email). We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
04Limited Use of Google data
AD3X's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google data only to provide or improve the features the user enabled; we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the service, to comply with the law, or with your consent; we do not use it for advertising; and no human reads it except with your explicit consent, for security, or to comply with the law.
05How to revoke access
You can disconnect any integrated account at any time from within the platform, or revoke access from your Google account security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or Microsoft. Once disconnected, we stop accessing that data and delete the stored access tokens.
06How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, coordinate a demo, follow up commercially and improve our site and services. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
07Basis for processing
We process your data based on your consent when submitting the form and on our legitimate interest in handling your request.
08Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with providers that help us operate (for example, hosting and email), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
09Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, role-based access control and audit logs. Credentials for the accounts you connect (OAuth tokens) are stored encrypted and never shown in plain text.
10Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
11Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing sales@ad3x.ai.
12Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the current version on this page with its update date.
